I particularly like the prompts which help to capture those special moments and milestones you don't want to forget. The included stickers are a nice touch too. If you or a loved one/close friend are expecting a baby, this is a lovely book to help you/them track all the little milestones.Each week you can track your mood, cravings, stomach measurement and weight, as well as general updates and a weekly progress pic (this is great if you have a polaroid camera to use the pictures from).The paper and indeed journal as a whole feels very good quality and lives up to its appearance and pricing and this is nicely presented in a matching gift box.Overall, I’m very happy to recommend this for its intended purpose.
